What Children's Church Means To Me

| What is Childrens Church to Me?| | I have been struggling with what to stimulate verbally most for this class. For weeks, no function seemed to peak my interest. I was trying to resolve what to write about(predicate) for this term make-up of all places at work, when it hit me like a net ton of bricks. Write about what I know and so I started putting my thoughts on paper and what I had been reading about and studying everywhere the years as a nourish on what to do and how to raise our children in a adoring way. I never really thought about this cosmos a ministry or a calling for me until recently hearing to all the pedagogics these last couple of years in church and through and through Bible College. Sometimes it takes divinity fudge knocking us imbibe to get our attention in what He extremitys us to do. Since I was in my early 20s, I have either worked with children or youth. About 10 years or so ago, I just stopped---dont really remember wherefore or if I quiet down knew why, just now I did. I never looked at myself as being a teacher in childrens church. I always saw myself as the helper. When I was firstly asked to help in childrens church, I didnt counterbalance have to think or pray, I already knew in my heart that kids/teens were my calling even though I didnt know in what capacity.

The strangest thing happened though, after helping for a very brief time, the teacher I was helping leftfield and I was asked to fill in. You know, get word! Wow, was I in a panic.
